CACI is seeking a Medical Logistics Lead to join our team in Kadena, Japan.
You will have an important role in providing much-needed support to our CACI
mission as a Medical Logistician providing operations support pertaining to
support CACI’s AMC (Air Mobility Command) Medical Readiness/ Logistics
Program Support Services.
What You’ll Get to Do:
Supervise Medical Logistics Technicians in daily duties Manage PMI equipment, supplies, accountability/acquisition of required material, and facilitate equipment recycling/tracking. Coordinates with the Biomedical Equipment Technicians (BMETs) to ensure scheduled and unscheduled preventative maintenance, calibration, repair, and maintenance services are completed. Responsible for resourcing, maintaining and recycling PMI to support contingency operations for patient movement. Duties include using DMLSS (Work order/Inventory/Logistic software) and overseeing the performance of preventive maintenance and repair on the equipment of the PMI centerSupports the in-transit patients to exchange in-kind PMI without degrading medical capabilities and provides prompt recycling of PMI. Ensuring medical equipment assets are available for patient treatment, tracked and recycled to medical treatment facilities and Area of Responsibility. Use the Patient Movement Items Asset Tracking System (PMI-ATS) for asset visibility and tracking of PMI to provide accurate information to allow proactive support to deployed organizations. Perform initial inspections, calibrations, diagnostics, general maintenance and repair of medical and general support equipment (medical package tools and equipment, i.e. generators and environmental control units) within Operating Expense and Maintenance (OEM) guidance. Maintains the technical literature library and test equipment inventory ensuring resources are up to date and accurate at all times. Complies with AFI 41-201, Managing Clinical Engineering Program; AFI 41-209, Medical Logistics Support; and DODI 6000.11 which governs Patient Movement.More About the Role:
Perform as a technical lead and provide overall operational responsibility
for medical logistics functions, including advanced medical supply chain
activities and biomedical equipment maintenance functions.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Pass a favorable National Agency Check with Local Law and Credit (NACLC). Must be experienced and certified in the use of the Defense Medical Logistics Standard Support software data application. 10 years of military medical logistics experience and a BA/BS degree OR a MA/MS degree plus 8 years of experience OR 22 years of military medical logistics experience
Things that would be nice to have:

The proposed salary range for this position is:
