We are searching for the best talent for Medical Manager Immunology to be in Mexico City
Purpose: Manages a team of individual contributors and/or Supervisors, and is accountable for conducting effective performance management. Assists with the continued development and execution of the Medical Affairs strategy, including external stakeholder management, communication, evidence generation, publications, and medical education. Ensures the execution of defined strategies address unmet medical/clinical needs through the generation and dissemination of scientific evidence and delivers scientific value to key stakeholders and patients.
You will be responsible for:
· Manages a team of individual contributors and/or Supervisors, and is accountable for conducting effective performance management.
· Assists with external stakeholder management, scientific communications, evidence generation, publications, and medical education activities
· Defines standards for the review and approval of promotional and non-promotional materials to ensure compliance with applicable requirements.
· Develops tactical and operational plans to aid in the creation of promotional and non-promotional materials, including publications, scientific or technical literature, and training, education, and disease-state awareness materials.
· Responsible for managing operational aspects of their team (e.g., workflow, performance, and compliance), as well as ensuring achievement of team goals within established timelines and budgets.
· Integrates Johnson Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives into team goals and decision making.

Safe Fleet requirements:
· Since this position is eligible for Company Car as working tool, it is also required:
· Valid driver’s license.
· At least 3 years of driving a car experience, preferably in highway zones (between 80 and 110 km/h) and with standard vehicles.
Qualifications:
