performed in accordance with all existing regulatory state and company standards policies and proceduresJob ResponsibilitiesProcess and transition clients through admissions including completion of all required documentation Meet with clientrsquos family obtaining information related to clientrsquos history as it pertains to admissionCoordinate with all admission related staff ensuring expediency of client admission including Utilization Review Nursing Admission Specialists and staff in related departmentsObtain and observe urine drug screens take client vitals and report abnormal valuestrends to staff nurse Complete safety checks throughout the clients stayOrient clients to the rules and regulations for clients at Rushford Provide basic counseling to help decrease the client anxiety and assure continuity of careManage clientsrsquo discharge by ensuring all property is returned forms are signed and documentation is completeRun non clinical groupsMaintain supplies by managing inventory and ordering as needed Complete audits as neededServes as a liaison between Rushford and outside contracting services providing prompt service for all requestsPerform other related
