The Medical Office Admin job in Brewer, Maine is responsible for scheduling, prior authorizations, customer service and standard office tasks. You’ll have a solid understanding of how to maintain files and patient information, as well as how to schedule and coordinate the moving parts of a medical office. This is a full time, 1st shift position.
Medical Office Admin Qualifications:
High School Graduate or equivalent
Solid customer service skills
Familiarity with MS office applications
Familiarity with a medical office
Willingness to adhere to a business casual dress code
Attention to detail, with the ability to multitask
Strong communication skills, written and verbal
Required Skills:
Solid customer service experience
Administrative experience
Familiarity with medical office terms and practices
Medical Office Admin Details:
Schedule: Monday-Friday 1st Shift
Pay Rate: $19+/hr DOE
Start Date: ASAP
