Medical Operations Associate
Purpose:
The medical operations associate actively supports the smooth implementation of medical affairs activities with particular reference to logistic and administrative tasks related to scientific and medical-led meetings, and other tasks supporting medical excellence, governance, and pharmacovigilance.
Under DSO, the medical operations associate is also tasked with contributing to finding solutions to address new and emerging pain points in internal processes with the end result of boosting efficiency so that the team can focus on the value-adding work.
YOUR TASK and RESPONSIBILITIES:
Logistic and Administrative Support to Medical Events/CME Activities
Active support to Medical Excellence and Governance
Active support to Pharmacovigilance
Support local case processing and maintenance of local safety mailbox Ensure that a Daily Contact Log is generated and accomplished and perform adequate reconciliations with the receptionist for any safety related calls received via the company trunkline. Ensure that PV contracts uploaded in CLMS are maintained and activated in a timely manner Ensure that all PV files, both hard and soft copies are archived and maintained and uploaded as necessary in the PV SharePoint Support PV Quality Checks and case reconciliations as necessary Support PV initiatives for patient-centricity and other programs for promoting patient safety culture e.g., by successful execution of Bayer Patient Safety Day.WHO YOU ARE:
Education: Any 4 year unviersity degree , with preference for social science, allied science courses
Experience: at least 2 years experience in Pharmaceutical or /Healthcare industry
Skills: Can work independently. Ability to work well with a team. Can multi-task. Attention to details.
