A medical facility is hiring a Practice Manager in Jupiter, 33458. This is a permanent “Direct Hire” position offering full benefits. Starting pay is up to $95,000.00

About the medical facility: A primary care doctor offering concierge medical services. The physician has been practicing medicine for approx 20 years and has an established medical practice in the Palm Beach Jupiter area with a solid reputation. The physician is Board Certified and has numerous affiliations with professional organizations, along with extensive volunteer work.

About the position: The practice manager is responsible for all the front office, business, and staffing aspects of the medical practice. Oversee billing, payroll, staff performance, and patient satisfaction, along with record management, etc. Assist the administrative staff in planning and implementing the policies and procedures of the office.

Minimum Requirements
3+ years management/leadership experience
Knowledge of basic medical terminology
B.S Degree in Business is strongly preferred
