**Description** **Location:** On site at location listed in job posting. **Summary** Responsible for managing the sales results and revenue production of the Medical Private Banking team in the company's Memphis market. **Key Responsibilities Include** + Manages business development activities focused primarily on medical practices and physicians + Managing a team in identifying, servicing and calling on clients and prospects + Directly responsible for managing assigned relationships + Provide coaching, advice and guidance to subordinate officers + Lead the team to achieve desired production and revenue growth goals + Ensure that the policies and procedures of the company are followed by subordinates + Performs all other duties as assigned **Qualifications Include** + Bachelor (4-year college) degree + 4 - 6 years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience + Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel + As part of the employment process for this position, you will have to meet the requirements of a background credit check.
