We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Manufacturing Associates. This role involves working in a cleanroom manufacturing environment with both day and night shifts available. The position offers extensive on-the-job training and the potential for long-term career growth.
ResponsibilitiesWeigh powders (chemicals) from original containers into small to large transfer containers, monitor room temperature and humidity.Load chemicals into large stainless-steel blenders, use equipment operation interface to preblend/mill/postblend, monitor automated processes, and troubleshoot as needed.Prepare materials, pack out powder into containers (barrels, buckets, bottles, etc.), and palletize filled containers.Break down and set up equipment, hook up hoses/piping using gaskets/clamps, spray down rooms, load equipment into parts-wash, operate, and monitor automated cleaning.Perform basic computer use as required.Write legibly, clearly, and accurately in logbooks and company records as required.Must have6+ months of manufacturing experience!!Basic mechanical aptitude.Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.Work EnvironmentClean room manufacturing environment. Day shift: 7:00 am - 7:30 pm on a 2 on, 2 off, 3 on, 2 off schedule. OR Night shift: 7:00 pm - 7:30 am on a 2 on, 2 off, 3 on, 2 off schedule. Employees must wear scrubs over their clothes inside manufacturing areas, along with safety shoes and glasses at all times. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.78 - $22.86
