Excellent customer service and telephone skills. Ability to multitask. Answer calls and properly route them. Dependable & trustworthy.. **1 year of related experience preferred.**

Job Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED equivalent Strong customer service orientation, positive attitude and friendly demeanor Excellent telephone etiquette Strong team player Basic computer proficiency One year of prior experience in a medical office requirred

Physical and Mental Demands:

Normal physical ability; able to sit for long periods Normal concentration and normal complexity of decision making High level verbal and written communication skills Above average ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Occupational Exposure:

Low risk exposure to bloodborne pathogens and chemical hazards
