This Full Time opening is for a Medical Receptionist for our Cardiology office. Check in/out patients, manage patient flow by providing timely check-in process, verify forms completed in portal. Excellent customer service and telephone skills. Ability to multitask. Answer calls and properly route them. Dependable & trustworthy.. **1 year of related experience preferred.**

Prepare e-charts prior to appointment Assist traffic at the front window Address tasks in a timely manner Process medical record releases Assist traffic on the phones

Job Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED equivalent Strong customer service orientation, positive attitude and friendly demeanor Excellent telephone etiquette Strong team player Basic computer proficiency One year of prior experience in a medical office requirred

Physical and Mental Demands:

Normal physical ability; able to sit for long periods Normal concentration and normal complexity of decision making High level verbal and written communication skills Above average ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Occupational Exposure:

Low risk exposure to bloodborne pathogens and chemical hazards
