Advanced Physical Therapy has an immediate opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic Medical Receptionist with some Physical Technician Duties to join our team in our fun and energetic outpatient orthopedic clinic.

Greeting patients and providing outstanding customer serviceCoordinating the care for each patient from initial evaluation to discharge Answering phonesElectronic schedulingData entryVerifying insurance benefitsMaintaining patient charts and electronic medical recordsCollecting, posting, and depositing patient paymentsFaxing, filing, and performing any other duties as assignedAssist physical therapists with patient careAdminister hot and cold packsMaintain therapy equipmentEnsure a clean, neat clinic environmentQualifications:
