Position Summary:
Call Center:
If an employee’s main tasks are dedicated to incoming calls in a Call Center environment; the primary purpose of this position is to handle incoming calls while maintaining a minimum of 93% availability of staffed sign rapidly and accurately on time during scheduled hours. Employees will meet the department specific agent expectations regarding measurement and follow the defined guidelines and processes of the department.Front Desk:
The primary responsibilities for employees providing support within a department are to greet patients, collect co-pays, schedule follow-up appointments and referrals and support departmental clerical duties.Both areas will provide support to the department/site ensuring quality service through timely and courteous assistance and provide service support to patients who request our care.

Plymouth Primary Clinics and Urgent Care is seeking a customer service-oriented individual to join our frontline team.
A qualified candidate possesses great communication skills, ability to multitask, is detail oriented, computer proficient, works well in quick paced environment, eager to learn and grow professionally, enjoys working with patients/customers of all ages, and maintains a positive and engaging attitude.
Our facilities Park Nicollet Plymouth include Urgent Care, Specialty Care, Family Medicine, Pediatrics, and Internal Medicine Clinic, Lab, Imaging, and Physical Therapy. Our frontline team is responsible for checking in patients for Primary Care, Urgent Care, OB/GYN, working closely with a supportive care team to ensure the safe care of patients presenting to be seen for medical care here at Plymouth.
Additional tasks include but are not limited to; helping to direct or escort patients to their rooms, managing patient flow, scheduling follow up for future appointments, maintaining a clean and orderly lobby area, sorting and distributing mail, office supply stocking, managing incoming/outgoing faxes. Located at 4155 County Rd 101 N. This location offers free parking, a large break room with kitchen (ice machine/filtered water, Keurig). Primary Care Hours are Monday-Friday 7am-6pm, Urgent Care hours are Monday- Friday 8am-8pm and Saturday and Sunday 8am -5 pm.
Work Schedule: Evenings (11:30a-8p) M-F and Weekends (7:45a-5p)
Required Qualifications:
6 months related experience Accurate computer/keyboarding skills required. Demonstrates knowledge of age-related growth and development principles necessary to provide appropriate service and assure safety of patients. Must be proficient in the operation of the following types of equipment: telephone and headsets, PC, printer, photo copier and fax machine.Preferred Qualifications:
Strong verbal and written communication Strong verbal and written communication Human relations sensitivity and customer service skills Listening and telephone etiquette skills Medical terminology knowledge desirable Comfort in asking patients for copays and race collection.
