Patient Service Coordinator will be working at the front desk for a busy practice in Southington, CT
SHIFT: Mon - Fri, 8:30am - 5:00pm
Contract to Hire
Responsibilities:
+ Checking patients in and out
+ Handling patient phone calls
+ Scheduling patient appointments
+ Reschedule and cancel appointments as needed
+ Handle insurance verification
+ Utilize the EMR system - Epic
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
+ Epic experience is a plus
+ Patient Registration
+ Medical Scheduling
+ 2+ years of experience as a medical receptionist
Experience Level:
Intermediate Level
