Description Join our fast-paced front desk team to support our growing office. You will manage scheduling, patient interactions, and office operations while maintaining a professional, patient-focused demeanor. Key Responsibilities: • Schedule appointments via Nextech software (in-person, online, phone) for 15 providers. • Manage a multi-line phone system; respond to calls promptly. • Handle cash transactions and pre-screen patients. • Collaborate with providers for accurate scheduling and billing. • Maintain medical records and ensure HIPAA compliance. • Manage multiple tasks while ensuring a positive patient experience. • Stock and maintain office supplies. • Perform additional administrative duties as needed. Requirements • High School Diploma or equivalent required; experience in a medical or fast-paced environment preferred. • Familiarity with Nextech software is a plus. • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. • Strong customer service skills are essential.
