The Medical Office Receptionist will provide front office support in a physician office setting.
Answers telephone promptly and courteously, takes accurate and complete messages, forwards, or answers inquiries as appropriate. Schedules all patients according to policy and procedures.Collects, verifies and performs insurance eligibility into the practice management system.Collects co-payments or old balances and provides written receipts for all payment transactions.Provides coverage at various clinic locations as needed.Who We Are:
