**Employment Type:** Full time **Shift:** Day Shift **Description:** Medical Record Analyst – Sunnyview Hospital – FT Days Reviews medical records for content and completeness. Identifies and flags them for the appropriate medical staff member to complete. Shift Differentials, just to name a few. **What you will do:** + Analyzes medical records for documentation deficiencies and missing reports with accuracy. + Assemble and analyzes assigned workload. + Maintains data integrity. + Maintains integrity of the medical record. **What you will need:** + 1 – 3 years' experience in a medical record department, patient care area or physician office is required to have an overall understanding of the medical record and its components. **Education Requirements** **:** + AAS in secretarial science or equivalent education / experience. Pay Range: $17.85 - $23.33 Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates.
