We’re looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Medical Record Retrieval Specialists. What You’ll Do: + Hit the Road: Travel within a 40-90 mile radius to various healthcare facilities, retrieving both paper and electronic medical records. + Secure & Upload Data: Collect and upload data into our secure system for analysis by our coding experts. + Independent Work: Operate autonomously and submit reports from the comfort of your home at the end of each day. + Training Included: Participate in a two-day, paid remote training to familiarize yourself with risk adjustment processes. Requirements What We’re Looking For: + Education: High School diploma or GED. + Driving Requirements: A valid driver’s license and your own insurance/liability policy. + Tech-Savvy: Reliable internet (minimum 50 Mbps download/5 Mbps upload), and proficiency in basic computer operations like file management, uploading/downloading, and document imaging. + Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and accuracy in data handling. + People Skills: Excellent interpersonal communication. + Physical Capability: Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds. + Availability: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with flexibility for full-day assignments.
