Responsible for ensuring that all requests from Insurance, Doctors and attorneys' offices are processes faxed and/or copied on timely manner.
Atlantic Medical Group's Coding and Compliance Department, is seeking a full-time Medical Records Analyst I. This role will provide support and assistance to the entire Coding & Compliance Department, including both Auditing and HIM.

The following list of duties is not intended to be restrictive or all inclusive. The fact that certain duties may not be listed does not limit the assignment or additional and/or duties and is at the discretion of the manager:
• Retrieve information from hospital and ambulatory software in order to identify patient for both concurrent and retrospective chart review by auditing staff
• Maintains current and accurate lists of records requested, pending and completed.
• Assists HIM/ROI in photocopying medical records for legal and insurance requests.
• Scans requests and records into One Note for tracking
• Enters information of requests into spreadsheet.
