Salary Range: $20.13 - $24.14

Position Summary Under direct supervision, provides basic clerical and administrative support to the departmentJob Responsibilities Processes medical records requests from various sources. Maintains record request logs. Files and boxing batches of records to be sent away to storage facilities. Assists with gathering, processing & preparing charts/documentation needed prior to patient appointments or as part of follow-up. Assists with the annual review of stored records to facilitate the purge of inactive documents. May assist with rescheduling patient appointments. May assist with maintaining inventory and supplies. Assists with preparing data for requested reports. Assists with departmental mailings, including patient medical records. Ensures accuracy of recipient contact information and location for correct delivery. Assists with special projects as assigned Education High School Diploma Experience
