Organize and maintain both physical and electronic medical records, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Safeguard patient information with the highest levels of confidentiality and security.
Retrieve patient records quickly and efficiently for healthcare providers to support patient care.
Process and fulfill requests for the release of medical information in line with privacy laws.
Assist with medical coding and indexing, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure precise and up-to-date documentation.
Input data to maintain electronic health records, helping streamline patient care.
Support audits and quality assurance activities related to medical record documentation, contributing to the overall success of the facility.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
Proficiency with medical records systems (Axxess/Kinnser preferred).
Bilingual candidates (Spanish) are strongly preferred.

Education:
High School

Experience:
0-1 years

Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in medical records (Required).
1+ year of experience in home health (Required).
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
Familiarity with medical terminology and office procedures.
