Medical Records Coordinator / Transport Driver
**Medical Records Coordinator** The Medical Records Coordinator maintains record keeping procedures and storage of all clinical records for the facility. Why just work when you can help shape a legacy? + Establishes and implements policies to ensure that records are complete, accurately documented, readily accessible and systematically organized. + Consults with staff to help define and analyze information needed from the clinical record. + Conducts audits of the clinical record as scheduled. + Completes sections of the Minimum Data Set as required. + Processes transfer or discharge records and maintains appropriate clinical records on former residents. Conducts clinical record destruction according to regulation and policy. + Maintains inventory of supplies. + Contacts suppliers and orders facility supplies as needed **Qualifications:** + Medical Records Technician (MRT), Accredited Records Technician (ART) or a Medical Records Administrator preferred. + A background in use of computerized systems is preferred.
