The Alverno is dedicated to improving healthcare efficiency through innovative technology solutions. We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Medical Records Scanner to join our team.

As a Medical Records Scanner, you will play a crucial role in digitizing patient records and ensuring that our medical documentation is organized and easily accessible. This position requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently while maintaining patient confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

Scan and digitize medical records using mobile scanning equipmentOrganize and index scanned documents for easy retrieval.Ensure accuracy and completeness of all scanned records.Maintain confidentiality and security of patient informationCollaborate with healthcare staff to streamline the scanning process.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in healthcare or information technology is a plus.Experience in medical records management or a related field preferredFamiliarity with mobile scanning technology and software.Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skillsAbility to work independently and manage time effectively.
