**Description:**
The Alverno is dedicated to improving healthcare efficiency through innovative technology solutions. We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Medical Records Scanner to join our team.
As a Medical Records Scanner, you will play a crucial role in digitizing patient records and ensuring that our medical documentation is organized and easily accessible. This position requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently while maintaining patient confidentiality and will require a CNA license.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Scan and digitize medical records using mobile scanning equipment
+ Organize and index scanned documents for easy retrieval.
+ Ensure accuracy and completeness of all scanned records.
+ Maintain confidentiality and security of patient information
+ Collaborate with healthcare staff to streamline the scanning process.
Qualifications:
+ High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in healthcare or information technology is a plus.
+ Must possess a CNA license in the state of IA
+ Experience in medical records management or a related field preferred
+ Familiarity with mobile scanning technology and software.
+ Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
+ Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
