Responsibilities Report to medical records department supervisor Work closely with other medical record employees Enter prescriptions from physician order sheets Answer phone calls in regard to new prescriptions, refills, or other Answer phone calls in a prompt and professional manner Resolve issues concerning order discrepancies and clarifications Recap orders from facilities or doctor’s office in EMR Qualifications Knowledgeable in areas of workflow for EverSpring Pharmacy Comfortable in dealing with numbers and processing prescription information Well received/respected by coworkers Optimistic and confident with willingness to maintain positive company morale Excellent organizational skills and detail oriented Strong interpersonal, reading, verbal, and written skills Ability to retain information such as words, numbers, and procedures What We Offer For Full Time Employees:   -401 K   -Full Benefits   -PTO   -HSA and FSA   -Life and Disability Insurance   -EAP   -Career Advancement Opportunities and Cross Training Opportunities     -Recognition Programs   -FUN and much more         This employer is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
