Entry Level Clinical Trial Dietary Assistant

We are seeking a Clinical Trial Assistant I --Dietary Tech who will play a crucial role in supporting our clinical research teams. The primary responsibility is to assist with food preparation and dietary requirements according to clinical trial protocols. You will also be cross-trained on other research technician activities.

PLEASE NOTE: The work schedule involves switching between 1st shift (7:00 AM to 3:00 PM) and 2nd shift (3:00 PM to 11:00 PM), including weekends and holidays. Flexibility to work back-to-back weekends is required.

ResponsibilitiesAssist the clinical research teams with administration and project tracking support.Provide general administrative support to the Clinical Operations Department.Support the Clinical Operations teams with the ongoing conduct of studies.Assist project teams with study-specific documentation and guidelines.Set up, organize, and maintain clinical study documentation.Process Data Collection Forms, including logging, tracking, and quality control.Assist in quality control audits of clinical study documentation.Coordinate Investigator payments, if applicable.Assist in the production of slides, overheads, and other materials for project, departmental, sponsor, and business development presentations.Coordinate team member tracking.
Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
