Job Description: The Business Development District Manager position manages business development activities of the designated District/Territory by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate representatives. Responsibilities include:
Develops and implements strategic business development plans to accommodate corporate goalsDirects referral target forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordinglyDirects staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control the district business development teamAssists in assigning territory to Business Development RepresentativesRepresents company at professional events to promote the services offeredDelivers presentations to key referral sources in coordination with Business Development RepresentativesMeets with key referral sources, assisting Business Development Representatives with developing and maintaining long-term relationshipsCoordinates liaison between Business Development Representatives and Company Practice ManagersAnalyzes and controls expenditures of district to conform to budgetary requirementsPrepares periodic performance report showing referral base expansionMonitors and evaluates the actives and services of the competitionActively engages with Salesforce CRM to monitor activity and performance of regional business development teamHost morning meetings with all office staff membersAssist with administrative tasks and other various roles throughout clinicEnsure Complete Care policies and procedures are followed by staff members Report patient and staff observations to Practice ManagerRequirements:
