The position will be a part of Abbott Laboratories entity and will report directly to the National Sales Manager ADC Greece. This is a field-based role based mainly in Larissa or Volos and covering the Greek mainland and nearby areas in Greece as required by job role. The position requires frequent travelling within the area of responsibility. If you are a self-motivated person who possesses strong interest in the Diabetes market & medical devices digital technologies and you are devoted to continuous personal development, you are the candidate we are looking for! **What You'll do:** + Achieve sales target & market share within determined territory. + Provide scientific updates & detailing to Healthcare Professionals. + Implement product sales strategies to increase sales & market share. + Determine customer needs, develop plans specifying how products & services will meet those needs and deliver presentations accordingly. + Communicate field information to Sales & Product Management to be used for action planning and act in close collaboration with other departments (marketing, order entry etc.). + Ensure compliance with all relevant Abbott requirements, policies & procedures. **Required qualifications and background:** + University degree preferably in Science (Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry etc.), Business Administration or Economics. + Min 3 years of field/sales experience in a multinational company in the Healthcare Industry. + Sales Experience in Diabetes Market will be considered as a strong asset. + Assertive, result-oriented professional with strong communication & negotiation skills. + Self-motivated with strong interest in the Diabetes market & medical devices digital technologies. + Ability to set priorities & manage multiple stakeholders. + Very good knowledge of English (oral & written), native Greek language. + Team player who pursues both individual & team goals.
