Knowledge, Experience and Skills
Knowledge in HIV is highly desirableUnderstanding of the culture of the HIV healthcare provider and patient communities is preferredDemonstrated ability to work remotely and independentlyCapacity to develop and deliver high-quality presentations is essentialAffinity for a collaborative, team-oriented environment and approach; ability to network and partner with internal and external stakeholders, including medical opinion-leaders, academic institutions, large group practices, medical directors, and pharmacy directorsExcellent project management and organizational skills, including the management of multiple priorities and resourcesStrong scientific skills/acumen; translation of scientific expertise and knowledge to achieve the identified business goals of the companyExcellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills are requiredFluency in oral and written Chinese (Mandarin) and English is requiredMust demonstrate competency in:Researching and understanding the audience; applying effective listening, presentation, and facilitation skills; demonstrating a deep level of knowledge and understanding of the science; comparing and contrasting Gilead’s products and pipeline relative to our competitors’; understanding of Gilead’s clinical trials and Phase IV study design; cultivating relationships and extends one’s external network; establishing key internal relationships with colleagues across Gilead; consistently demonstrating a sense of urgency, responding appropriately and promptly to all requests.
Job Responsibilities and Skills
Conducts meaningful scientific exchange and communicates complex scientific information and data in an organized and fair/balanced manner while demonstrating judgment and integrity in accordance with the highest ethical and compliance standards, including Gilead’s Code of Ethics and Business Conduct policies, and applicable legal and regulatory requirements such as the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and Chinese lawsDisseminates scientific and clinical data about Gilead products, particularly those related to the treatment of HIV, to opinion-leaders, healthcare professionals, academic institutions and professional organizationsWorks closely with the HIV Filed Medical Lead and identify, map and develop Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in the regionEstablishes strong scientific relationships with KOLsTrain opinion leaders to be Gilead approved speakersResponds to clinical inquiries in an accurate, unbiased and timely fashionSupport investigators and collaborates with internal Gilead personnel on phase 4 studiesAssists with site selection for Gilead-Sponsored clinical trials according to the request from Clinical Research teamsDevelops and executes plans, activities, and scientific exchanges based upon the Medical Affairs Plan of ActionParticipate in advisory boards, symposia, and other educational programs as well as scientific conferencesProvides feedback and insights from the field to internal stakeholdersWorks collaboratively with other cross-functional teams such as Sales and Marketing, Regulatory, Legal/Business Conduct, etcProvides scientific and technical support to internal colleaguesMust be committed to continuing education to maintain abreast of all relevant scientific dataUtilizes scientific resources to deliver impactful presentation in a variety of settingsTravels to appointments, meeting and conferences on a frequent and regular basis, occasionally with short noticeExhibits Gilead’s Core Values: Integrity, Teamwork, Accountability, Excellence, and Inclusion.Minimum Education and Experience
Advanced medical/scientific degree (MD, MBBS, PhD, Pharmacy preferred) with experience in the pharmaceutical industry or related healthcare field requiredA minimum 1 years of relevant experience in a medically related endeavor (i.e. antiviral medicine), with strong knowledge of the clinical research process, treatment landscape, and professional society treatment guidelinesPrior experience as a medical science liaison highly desirable.

1.负责和专家的学术交流,为专家提供科学的信息和数据并讨论新产品及治疗领域的进展;
2.支持临床试验、医学部相关项目等;
3.组织召开学术会议,协助组织或参与讨论会及医学教育活动。
任职条件:
1.拥有临床医学或基础医学硕士及以上学历;
2.在医药公司或医疗机构从事相关医学工作2 年以上,有临床背景者优先。
3.学术沟通能力及影响力强、跨部门合作能力强,较强的业务敏锐度。
