The Medical Scribe transcribes and documents all aspects of clinical visits, as dictated by provider in real time, as well as track labs and enter results from any ordered tests. Dictation occurs in an exam room with patient, and provider, and also in an office setting with the provider only. Incumbent works closely with a team of clinic caregivers, including physicians and advanced level providers to ensure the delivery of high quality patient care.

Required qualifications:
Completion of an accredited Medical Scribe program Or 6 months previous experience as a Medical Assistant or Medical Scribe. Experience with electronic medical records.Preferred qualifications:
