Responsibilities- Answer telephone and direct calls to appropriate staff
- Schedule appointments by mail and phone for on-site dental and mental health providers within regulated timeframes
- Send appointment reminder via electronic health record, email, phone and/or mail to foster parents of children due for appointments, manage call back system
- Call the evening before scheduled appointments to remind families of appointments
- Track and reschedule no shows
- Inform health care manager of chronic no show families
- Schedule specialty referral appointments with outside providers as directed
- Print and distribute daily clinic schedule
- Print weekly summary of actual clinic schedule, including walk-in appointments
- Manage filing of medical records
- Enter data into electronic system as directed
- Manage incoming reports and consultations for medical/mental health professionals to review prior to filing in record
- Manager transfer/closure of medical records as directed
- Typing and correspondence as needed
- Manage office supplies for all staff assigned to the clinic
- Complete job related tasks as needed

QualificationsAssociate’s degree preferred
