Proven experience as a medical secretary, preferably in cardiology or general practiceProficiency in MS Office Suite, experience in Cerner and Meddbase would be an advantageExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalAttention to detail, ability to maintain confidentiality, and handle sensitive information discreetlyExcellent organisational and time management skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamHigh attention to detailA caring and sympathetic approach towards patients and colleagues Flexibility and a willingness to contribute beyond the core responsibilities of the roleKnowledge of Arabic language would be a plus

Responsibilities
We are currently seeking a dedicated, highly skilled, and experienced Medical Secretary to join our prestigious clinic located in Central London. As a Medical Secretary, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional support to patients and physicians, ensuring a smooth and efficient clinic operation. Manage all aspects of medical secretarial duties and effective clinic management support to include:
Consultants’ schedule and appointments Handling patient enquiries and correspondenceHandling enquiries from referrers, hospitals, and other healthcare practisesPreparing and managing medical reports and lettersMaintaining accurate and up-to-date patient recordsLiaise with patients, consultants, and other clinic users, providing exceptional customer supportCollaborate with consultants to ensure timely delivery of test results and handle correspondence requiring attention.Perform additional administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and posting letters.Identifying areas for practice improvement and efficiencyAssisting in the implementation of new technologies and processesQualifications
