Medical Segment Marketing Leader

**Job Description Summary**
The Marketing Manager position provides marketing support & leadership to the marketing teams of Medication Delivery Solution. S/he is responsible for developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies and tactics as well as providing guidance to the country teams to achieve the defined business objectives including market share, revenue and profit goals. The Marketing Manager develops and implements a strategic outlook on the business and is also ready to begin assuming managerial responsibilities.
**Job Description**
Key Responsibilities
**1. Strategic Planning:**
- Develop and execute marketing strategies tailored to specific market segments.
- Identify growth opportunities and create plans to capitalize on them.
- The position manages all aspects of the marketing strategy for the **MDS** platform and in close alignment with the regional platform marketing leader, is responsible for developing and communicating the marketing and business plans for the **MDS** platform.
**2. Market Analysis:**
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Analyze data to inform marketing strategies and product development.
- Drives the business to achieve and surpass sales, profitability and related business goals and objectives for the platform.
- Market research – market size/growth, competitive share and positioning, significant customer needs and major trends (macroeconomic, industry, regulatory, competitive, policy, etc)
**3. Product Lifecycle Management:**
- Oversee the product lifecycle from development to launch and beyond.
- Collaborate with R&D and product teams to ensure products meet market needs.
- In charge for demand, forecast accuracy and colaborate with commercial excellent, supply chain, sales team to build appropriate inventory
**4. Cross-Functional Collaboration:**
- Collaborates with Global, Regional and Country marketing counterparts to develop and execute a regional strategy to ensure achievement of platform goals and expectations.
- Work closely with sales, customer service, and medical affairs teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
- Engage in clinical partnerships and commercial collaborations to drive innovation.
**5. Campaign Management:**
- Design and implement marketing campaigns to promote products and services.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
**6. Customer Engagement:**
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Gather and incorporate customer feedback into marketing strategies.
**7. Managing Clinical and Product team**
**-** Drives and manages regional marketing activities (and related budget) including:
+ New product launching
+ Pricing – per product per country.
+ Tactical marketing mixes to maximize profitable revenue growth in the region
+ Marketing communications – advertising, promotions, digital marketing
+ Regional event strategy – trade shows, conventions, conferences
+ Monitor and report the execution and effectiveness of marketing plans/budgets.
+ Guide countries through successful new product launches as needed.
+ Be able to guild the team and build tam capabilities
Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, Medical related field; an MBA is often preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the medical devices (consumables and equipment), or healthcare sector.
- Proven track record of successful product launches and marketing campaigns.
- Team leading/coaching experiences
Skills:
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work in a matrixed environment and lead cross-functional teams.
- Good understanding of VN Health care Regulation
- Marketing & Communications skills
- Deploy regional strategies to local one
- Experiencing in Managing pricing
Other:
- Willingness to travel across VN province as needed.
