Qualifications

Master's degree from an accredited school approved by the Council on Social Work Education. 
Current licensure to practice in the state (LICSW/LCSW) Must not need to be supervised.
One year of social work in a health care setting is preferred/home care experience will be a significant advantage
CPR certification
