To be considered for this position, the applicant MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE LICENSE to practice Social Work in the State of Texas as a Master of Social Work. This position will provide medical socal work services and facilitates care for individuals diagnosed with HIV who are new to care or returning to care. This position is community-base case management for the majority of the time, but will also have a clinical component within the CDU Sexual Health Clinic and TB Clinic, rotating to provide clinical social work services to clinic patients.
Sign-On Bonus (*For those meeting eligibility requirements): This position is eligible for an APH Sign-On Bonus. Immediately upon hire – $500 Complete 1 year of service with APH – $1000 Complete 2 years of service with APH – $1500
