The Medical Social Worker Responsibilities include: 

Evaluates the psychosocial aspects of the patient and family, refers and assists in the referral process community agencies. 

Medical Social Worker - Home Care Requirements: 

Driver's License State of Florida (Florida driver's license is required within 30 days of hire) 

Master's – Social Work; Or Master's - Counseling 

1 year Social Work experience 

Preferred 1 year of Home Care experience
