As Medical Sponsorships and Events Specialist within our Medical & Events team, you’ll be in charge of submitting applications for medical sponsorship events and supporting events happening in the Immunology team.

Main responsibilities:

Contact society and obtain appropriate paperworkFollow up the applications with the team in charge of CybergrantsLiaison with MSL (Medical Science Liaison) for logisticsWork with society for MSL badging/other logisticsPlanning and tracking of congress deadlines throughout the yearMetrics Organization/DocumentationInput metrics into Congress Connect

About you

Experience: Previous experience in similar roles and project management knowledge is desirableSoft skills: Team player, customer-service oriented, organized and flexibleTechnical skills: Proficient in MS OfficeLanguages: Advanced English level
