KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Ensure BU/TA stakeholder understanding of the patient affair & diagnostics initiativesAct as Internal Diagnostics industry and technical expert
Act as Diagnostic advocate in responsible TAs and lead the formulation of the diagnostics strategy in responsible TAs
Establish win-win MSA/PAG/Vendor partnership to deliver on prioritized initiatives
Contribute to Sanofi China SC Patient Affair and Diagnostics ecosystem setup
Lead the design of TA based innovative Patient Affair and Diagnostics offering aligned with Sanofi overall business strategy
Lead effective working relationship with relevant internal and external stakeholders
Ensure the high-quality delivery and consistency with Sanofi compliance standard

Education:
Master or advanced healthcare degrees, e.g. medical, basic medicine and biology are preferred. PhD in basic medicine and molecular biology is a clear plus.Experience & knowledge:
Business, consulting, marketing, sales and business development experience as a strong plus8+ years in the Medical industry and deep understanding on patient and diagnostics unmet needsDeep understanding on the diagnostics industry and technical expertise as a strong plus.Extensive diagnostics program management experience is strongly desiredCore competencies:
