The Medical Staff Director Position Summary

Provides leadership and direction to the Medical Staff Department, ability to hire, fire and discipline staff.

Responsibilities

Management of department, staff, budget

THE MEDICAL STAFF DIRECTOR CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING EDUCATION, LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS, AND EXPERIENCE.

Education:

Required: Bachelor’s degree in healthcare field or equivalent experience

Experience:

Required: 5 years progressive management experience in Medical Staff

Certifications:

Required: CPMSM
