This is a Full Time, Day Shift, Medical Staff Professional Practice Evaluation Specialist RN opportunity supporting Northwest Healthcare!
Responsible for medical care evaluation and assessment of events, outcomes and processes. Initiate and oversee efforts related to opportunities for improvement.
Position Qualifications/Minimum Requirements
Education: Preferred: Associate's Degree in Nursing or Diploma Program; BSN or Bachelor's degree in related field or other clinical specialist degree.
Experience: Required: Two years experience in a clinical setting.
Preferred: One year experience within past five years in Performance Improvement in an Acute Care setting
Licenses/Certifications: Preferred: Current AZ RN license or compact state RN license. CPHQ certification.
