Communicates with physician practices to develop recruitment profiles as required by LifePoint recruitment best practices. Works collaboratively with hospital leadership to create and execute a comprehensive physician recruitment plan. Obtains appropriate pre-visit and post-visit approvals and documents required by LifePoint Hospital Support Center and Haywood Regional Medical Center. Serves as the primary contact for physician candidates throughout the recruitment process. *Minimum Education* Associate's Degree in related field required. Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred. *Minimum Work Experience* Experience in professional recruitment strongly preferred. Experience in working with physicians or working in a hospital setting desired. *Required Skills* Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
