You will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate patient records, updating charts within our EMR systems, and collaborating with our dynamic healthcare team to ensure seamless and coordinated care. Your responsibilities will also include restocking medical rooms to keep our environment efficient and welcoming. Key Responsibilities: + Deliver excellent care and patient education, adhering to the highest standards of practice. + Update and manage patient charts within our Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems. + Document changes in patient records accurately and efficiently. + Collaborate with various healthcare professionals to enhance the patient experience and streamline care delivery. + Encourage and facilitate active patient involvement in their own care and planning. + Ensure medical rooms are well-stocked and ready for patient visits. Essential Skills: + Proficient in medical assisting and familiar with medical terminology. + Strong customer service skills with a passion for helping others. + Experience with EMR systems, preferably NextGen or Epic. + Knowledge of medical records management and patient access management. + Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Qualifications: + High school diploma or equivalent required. + At least one year of clinical experience in a medical office, clinic, or hospital setting. + Graduate of an accredited medical assistant program. + A track record of stable employment with positive references. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
