Key Responsibilities: + Deliver excellent care and patient education, adhering to the highest standards of practice. + Update and manage patient charts within our Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems. + Document changes in patient records accurately and efficiently. + Collaborate with various healthcare professionals to enhance the patient experience and streamline care delivery. + Encourage and facilitate active patient involvement in their own care and planning. + Ensure medical rooms are well-stocked and ready for patient visits. Essential Skills: + Proficient in medical assisting and familiar with medical terminology. + Strong customer service skills with a passion for helping others. + Experience with EMR systems, preferably NextGen or Epic. + Knowledge of medical records management and patient access management. + Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Qualifications: + High school diploma or equivalent required. + At least one year of clinical experience in a medical office, clinic, or hospital setting. + Graduate of an accredited medical assistant program. + A track record of stable employment with positive references. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
