We are seeking a dedicated Medical Support Specialist who will be cross-trained to assist with phone calls, appointment scheduling, clinical messaging, check-in, check-out, and other duties. This role involves reviewing provider schedules daily and weekly to plan patient care, communicating schedule changes with providers, assisting with the training and orientation of new equipment, greeting patients in the waiting room, escorting them to triage and exam rooms, utilizing automated vitals systems, checking patient identification, and cleaning and preparing rooms for the next patient. This is an 8:00AM-5:00PM role Monday through Friday based out of Boston, MA.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $24.00/hr.
