Job Description
Provides quality clinical information by accurately performing laboratory tests and procedures. Works effectively with others to meet patient and care provider needs. Actively promotes a lean work culture by performing team member duties to encourage consistent use of lean principles and processes, including continually seeking work process improvements. Recognizes necessity of taking ownership of own motivation, morale, performance, and professional development. Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology, chemical, biological, or clinical laboratory science from an accredited institutionEligible for Georgia Department of Human Resources supervisor classificationEducation
Associates degree in a chemical, biological, or clinical laboratory science or medical technology from an accredited institution; or equivalent laboratory training and experience meeting the requirements defined in the CLIA regulation 42CFR493.1489Certification Summary
