Job Title: Medical Technologist Job Description + We are seeking a dedicated Medical Technologist to join our high-complexity testing laboratory. + Follow clinical laboratory standards and support flow cytometry, blood bank, and molecular procedures. Key responsibilities include working in an HLA transplant laboratory, handling immunology (white cells) samples, ABO typing, HLA antibody testing, and flow cross-matching. You will also perform routine and specialized blood bank testing, prepare blood components for transfusion, conduct quality control procedures, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards. Hard Skills + BS in MLS or life science + ASCP certification + Blood bank experience + Experience with FACSLyric, LABScan 10, Linkseq, and Vii7 Real-time PCR Soft Skills + Attention to detail + Strong communication skills + Ability to collaborate with healthcare providers + Commitment to accuracy and reliability + Adaptability to new testing procedures and protocols Work Site This is a fully on-site position in New Providence, New Jersey. Work Environment SHIFT - 4pm-12am (1 hour break) Mon-Fri + rotating weekends (at least 1 Sat/Sun per month). TRAINING SHIFT- Mon-Fri 8AM-4PM (1 hour break) + rotating weekends for first 90-180 days.
