Hiring a Part-Time Medical Technologist with Molecular Lab! Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Medical Technologist to join our molecular lab team in Brooklyn. The primary responsibility will be testing human saliva samples. The ideal candidate must be an NYS licensed technologist with PCR experience in performing molecular tests in a clinical lab. The position requires strict adherence to protocols (cGMP regulations) to ensure a safe workplace. Work Environment Molecular lab in Brooklyn with a small team testing flu samples via Rt-PCR. Work schedule is Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9am to 5pm, totaling a 24-hour work week. The technologist will process up to 200 samples weekly and will be the only technologist working in Virology.
