Hours/Work Shift: 1.0 FTE Day/Evening (primary hours will be 10:30a-7:00p).
Enjoy NO scheduled weekends, only fill in as needed.

As a Medical Technologist (MLS), you will:

· Perform and report tests of all complexity levels, as defined by CLIA, on patients of all ages to assist with routine screening, diagnosis, treatment and management of diseases and injuries.
· Interpret and correlate test results with disease states and theoretical knowledge.
· Exhibit Problem Solving Skills
· Participate in Quality Assurance, Quality Control monitoring, instrumentation maintenance and troubleshooting.
· May be required to perform phlebotomy and specimen processing duties.
· Participate in research, development, education, and technical consultation.


Meets Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments (CLIA) guidelines for the complexity of laboratory testing.

Education Qualifications:$10,000 Sign-on Bonus! (for external candidates)

Graduate of a four-year degree program in an accredited school of clinical laboratory science, or equivalent discipline.

Licensure/Certification Qualifications:Certification as a Medical Laboratory Scientist (ASCP), Medical Technologist (ASCP), or Clinical Laboratory Scientist (NCA) or equivalent is required within one year from the date of hire.
