Be part of the mission to deliver exceptional personalized care within our Top 10 Massachusetts recognized 229-bed hospital. Contributes to the Hospital’s mission by independently performing various clinical laboratory tests in Hematology, Chemistry, Blood Bank and performing limited functions in Microbiology as requested in physician orders requiring superior decision making skills in order to address patient care and instrumentation issues in a timely manner without on-site supervision and direction. This position impacts patient care on the night shift by performing accurate tests, liaisoning in a professional manner the lab and the other hospital departments, communicating effectively and expeditiously, ensuring that the highest possible patient care is maintained on this off-shift. **Schedule: Four 10hr Shifts including weekend & holiday rotation** **Location: Winchester Hospital, 41 Highland Avenue, Winchester, MA** **Education Required** : Bachelor’s degree in a science field required or grandfathered qualifications. **Grandfathered Qualifications** (A or B):A. 2-year science degree and evidence of working experience in a clinical setting prior to 1980.B.
