TOP Medical Laboratory is seeking a Hematology/Chemistry Supervisor, to join their team on the evening shift in Brooklyn! Job Description + Working as Core Lab supervisor. + This is a leadership position. + Under the direction of the Operations Manager, oversees testing and quality assurance activities of the point of care testing program, and related functions which require technical skill in point of care testing and clinical laboratory + Performs day-to-day supervision of the point of care testing and monitors processes to ensure that acceptable levels of analytic performance are maintained, to include review of quality assurance practices, environmental monitors, instrument and equipment maintenance/function checks, quality control, calibration, and amended reports if any. Schedule + Monday - Friday (3pm-11pm) + No weekends Qualifications: + NYS Clinical Technologist license + Bachelor's degree with 4 years of experience in clinical laboratory or Master's degree with 2 years of clinical lab experience + Chemistry/hematology experience + 1 or more years in leadership/supervisory role Additional Details: + 4 weeks PTO, 15 paid holidays and 12 paid sick days + Full benefits package (health/dental/vision) + No weekends + Leadership opportunity in clinical lab + Lab is managed by top NYC Hospital network and has brought in leadership from network to build and grow lab. + Competitive starting salary Please Apply to Posting ASAP for Immediate Consideration!
