Summary :
Vighter LLC is seeking a Medical Workflow Manager. The Medical Workflow Manager is responsible to implement and administer company-wide document management and workflow solutions and related procedures that will allow for organizing, scanning, and indexing documents in coordination with Medical Units in each sector.
CBPs Office of the Chief Medical Office (OCMO) employs a family medicine model to provide frontline medical care for persons in CBP custody. This model provides a team of medical professionals comprised of physicians, advanced practice providers (e.g., physicians assistants, nurse practitioners), clinical support staff (e.g., Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses, Paramedics, EMTs, Certified Medical/Nursing Assistants), and other support staff (Patient Safety Risk Managers and Electronic Health Records Specialists). These contracted medical teams provide basic assessment and medical treatment for persons in CBP custody to include emergency care as needed.
Principle Accountabilities:
+ Researches, designs, develops, tests and implements document management solutions and services.
+ Builds, test, and implements Workflow solutions to create efficiencies as approved.
+ Scans and imports documents into document management software.
+ Documents technical functions, specifications, and training for various departments.
+ Proposes recommendations for improving document management procedures.
+ Provides administrative support in document management software.
+ Responds to employee inquiries and provides troubleshooting/support.
+ Assists with document management software upgrades through testing and communication to departments affected.
+ Supports department manager in creating imaging procedures.

Knowledge and Skills :
+ Must have exceptional customer service skills.
+ Employees shall be technically proficient in the skills necessary to fulfill the job requirements, including ability to speak, understand, read and write English fluently.
Education :
+ Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field required.
Qualifications:
+ Vendor specific certificate (OnBase Certified Workflow Administrator or like certification) preferred.
+ Minimum two years’ experience with OnBase or similar software applications and Workflow required.
+ Two years of related experience in a medical environment required.
+ Ability to learn quickly and work independently or as part of a team.
+ Excellent organizational and time management skills.
+ Ability to multitask required.
+ Must be detail oriented.
+ Ability to understand and follow specific instructions and procedures.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
+ Excellent customer service skills.
+ Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite, (i.e., Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat, and Google Workspace.
Duty Hours / On-call Requirements:
+ The expected duty hours for this position are 8 hours per day and 5 days per week. However, this key position supporting 24/7/365 operations which may require work to be conducted in the day, at night, on weekends, and during holidays.
Work Environment:
+ Location: Vighter Corporate HQs, San Antonio, TX
+ Supportive team of healthcare professionals and administrative staff.
Travel:
+ As required to satisfy the contractual obligations. Generally, travel is limited to commute from residence to the worksite. Commute is non-compensatory. All official travel is government-funded.

Physical Requirements :
+ Must be able to sit for more than 8 hours per day.
+ Must be willing to work overtime if necessary.

+ Must be able to routinely grasp or handle objects, use finger dexterity, bend elbows/knees and reach above and below shoulders.

+ Must be able to pass a criminal background investigation.
+ Must undergo Urine Drug Screening (UDS).
