Job Description
We are seeking an entry-level Medical Writing Associate to join our team and assist with various medical writing duties. This is an excellent opportunity for a new graduate with a Bachelor's degree to learn and grow into a true medical writer.
ResponsibilitiesCoordinate, attend, and at times lead teleconference calls and meetings related to clinical trials.Prepare meeting minutes and action items, and distribute them to meeting participants.Prepare or assist in drafting medical, scientific, and regulatory documents, SOPs, and miscellaneous documents.Essential SkillsClinical trial experienceStrong writing skillsExperience in clinical research and medical writingProficiency in SOP preparationExcellent oral and written communication skillsAttention to detailExcellent organization and time management skillsProficiency in MS Word and ExcelAdditional Skills & QualificationsExperience in clinical writing is a mustAcademic writing experience is acceptable, but must not have gaps in experienceIndustry experience is highly preferredWork Environment
This position offers a hybrid schedule with 3 days working from home and 2 days in the office. Depending on the team you are assigned to, the in-office days will be either Monday and Wednesday or Tuesday and Thursday. Fridays are always work-from-home.
