Clinical Research Medical Writer

Our client is seeking an entry-level Medical Writing Associate to join their team and assist with various duties related to clinical trials and medical writing.

ResponsibilitiesCoordinate, attend, and occasionally lead teleconference calls/meetings related to clinical trials.Prepare meeting minutes and action items, and distribute these to meeting participants.Prepare or assist in the preparation of drafting medical, scientific, and regulatory documents, SOPs, and miscellaneous documents.Essential SkillsExcellent oral and written communication skills.Attention to detail.Excellent organization and time management skills.Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.1 year of experience in clinical writing (academic writing is acceptable if there are no gaps in experience; industry experience is highly preferred).Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with clinical trials.Strong writing skills.Knowledge of SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).Work Environment

The position offers a hybrid schedule with 3 days working from home and 2 days in the office. Depending on the team assignment, the in-office days will be either Monday and Wednesday or Tuesday and Thursday. Fridays are always remote.
